Our family has a very special tradition when it comes time to document our one year olds. We incorporate my dad's childhood antique table and chair. The pair has been passed down in our family, and it's always such a special moment when we can use them to capture our little ones' personalities. Every time, the images just get sweeter and sweeter. So, when it came time for our sweet Tucker, there was no question - we had to use the table and chair!
Tucker's room is decorated in trains, so we knew that we wanted to incorporate that into his session. And what made it even more special is that his great grandfather's childhood train was also part of the session too. It was such a fun way to incorporate a family heirloom into these precious memories that we'll cherish forever. This is such a special tradition that we have in our family, and we feel so lucky that we are able to continue it with each new generation. Tucker, we are so glad that you are a part of our family history. We love you more with each passing day. Happy Birthday Little Man!
I have known Jonathan almost his entire life and I had the honor of photographing him and his beautiful Bride to be, Emily. We meet at a Little Mulberry Park and the fall scenery couldn't have been a better backdrop. The couple met while working at a local restaurant and are now starting a life full of adventures. One of the first thing that caught my eye was Emily's stunning engagement ring, both stunning and sentimental. It was his grandmother diamond. So special! Secondly, they looked so lovely together against the colorful leaves of the trees. We walked around the park and found some great spots for photos. The light was perfect and they were so natural in front of the camera. I am so happy for them! I know that they will have a lifetime of happiness ahead of them. Congratulations, Jonathan and Emily! Wishing you all the best.
Trey is the epitome of a gentleman. He's always the first one to hold the door open for you and greets you with a smile. He's always willing to lend a helping hand, and his genuine smile is contagious. I know that these traits will serve him well as he enters the next chapter in life. Trey, it has been a joy to watch you grow into a handsome young man. I can't wait to see all that you'll accomplish in the years to come!
I met Katee and Adam on a windy fall day to capture family photographs. We had to grab some on their boat to close out a fun season on the lake. But we didn't close the memories. They are some of my favorite people and then you add in "the boys", we had the best time. Even though it was chilly outside, these guys were all smiles and the pups were excited to be on the boat and explore. I have been photographing this family for years and it is always so much fun. They are laid back and up for anything It's hard to believe that another summer has come and gone. But luckily, they will have these photographs to remind them of all the fun they have had. Thanks Katee, Adam, and boys for another great session!
It's hard to believe that Colton is already a senior! I've loved getting to watch him grow into a charming young man, and I was so excited when I was asked to take his senior photos. We had a blast photographing his beautiful car, a yellow mustang, and I'm so excited to share some of my favorite shots from the session. Remember these days, Colton - they're special for sure!
Thank you so much for letting me capture your senior photos, Colton! It was such a pleasure to work with you, and I'm so excited to see what the future holds for you. Congratulations on this milestone - enjoy every minute!
